Slightly dissapointed

I purchased my first one Aug 2016 & it stopped working July 2017, but sent it to Samsung to fix. It's fine now. Now this one, the buttons stopped working it Jan, but I rebooted it and now it's fine. However I purchases one before this one and the keypad didn't work at all. It was returned!
