Love the 2 in 1 feature. This laptop is responsive and quick. Got it on sale and do not regret it. It also has fingerprint reader which is convenient. The tablet and 360 mode makes it easy to watch movies

A great laptop for doing school work on its not for playing games or running huge programs but if you are someone that does research scans the web or you are in school this is the laptop for you.

I do wish that it had more than one USB 2 port and a dvd/cd read/write drive, but otherwise it is a great laptop. I have been using it mostly for video conferencing and picture & sound quality are very good, I would buy this again.

Overall very satisfied with the laptop. Compact size is convenient for daily commuting grad student son.

I am not a PC guy for the most part. I caught this laptop on sale and it has been great for the family. The solid state drive is humming along and it has been a very stable and dependable machine so far.

When my primary computer crashed while in the middle of a college course, I panicked. Reading reviews it was obvious that Best Buy had what I needed and it was on sale. Great deal on a great product.

Camera and microphone work well. I love the size too. The only small complaint is how sensitive the mouse pad is, but that is most laptops.

The computer is my moms but she loves it for her little things she needs it for (Bill's, video, playing online. Stuff like that). Great price for what you get!!

The computer is fast and not very heavy. However, the fan is extremely noise. It makes noise even when nothing is running, and even after activating the reduced fan noise option that Samsung provides. It is so extremely noise it's louder than my music. Very disappointed. I bought this on black Friday because it was discounted 300USD but it is always discounted 300USD. With a little more money you can buy a Dell or an Apple. Having a laptop with a touchscreen is irrelevant.

This Samsung is everything I hoped. Fast boot. Fingerprint reader works great! Bright gorgeous display!

Have the computer only a few weeks and the pin on the charger bent. Geek squad says I have to go inside the store- which is not open due to the pandemic- to get a remedy with the service plan.

This laptop is a nice size and doesn't take up a lot of room. It works great and is very capable for the low price that it cost.

It took me a while to find a laptop that had all the of the requirements that I was looking for. So far I love this laptop. I have not complaints.

Very good small size laptop computer. Very responsive, beautiful screen. One drawback though, the power cord plug is quite thin and small and therefore vulnerable.

The cost is good. The setup instructions is excellent. Setting up my various accounts was easy. Very happy. So simple I purchased one for my mom.

Good price got from the opened box aisle very happy. Had to get something non Apple base for work so trying to relearn Microsoft but this is a solid computer.
