Loved the laptop unfortunately it stopped charging on me

Didn't like this at all. The battery life is poor. Touchy. Heavy. The flip was OK with the touch screen. That's about all I liked about this laptop. Samsung batteries are not good and especially for a laptop.

There is no compatible pen for the touch screen tablet feature. The battery would die really quickly even with minimal use.

I bought a HP and returned for a replacement but the replacement wasn't touch screen which I requested. When I returned the replacement the could not find a comparable HP and my old HP ws dying so I accepted the Samsung. Doesn't compare to the original HP I purchased. I have been locked out of your store since so I don't know what to do!!!!

The issue was the key. I found very difficult to type. I had it for 2 days.

The warranty from "Geek Squad" was TOTALLY worthless - they want to make an appointment for two weeks away BEFORE they can even look at it. This will be my LAST purchase from Best Buy. I will be disputing this on my charge card also.

Sluggish computer with poor performance. Even though it is new, it has technical or hardware glitches that Geek Squad are unable to remedy.

I loving this computer. It has helped me so much. With it being so versatile, being able to switch from an laptop to a tablet and back. I would recommend anyone to this or any other samsung computers. I have always been been an samsung customer even with my cell phones.

I have had this computer to the Geek squad 2 times and on line with the geek squad 3 or 4 times, Something is always causing problems.

This is not a heavy duty laptop for heavy gaming or anything but it will get the job done for most every day uses. I really love the look and feel of the notebook 7. Very solid metal feel with great keyboard feels. I think battery life is above average and I do love the back-lit keyboards at night. I don't use the spin function as much but it's good to know it's there if I need it. Overall, I'm very pleased with this laptop! Best laptop I've ever owned thus far! I've owned, gateway, macbook, and dell. This blows them away(although this is newer than the aforementioned) I also love that it can integrate with Dex for my Note 10. I will have to play around with that function but it's also great to have that! Finally, I installed World of Warcraft (MMORPG game) to play on this device and the screen was utterly beautiful! Wow, Samsung Screens are drop dead gorgeous! I don't know if I'll ever go back to other laptops.... we'll see. Overall, great laptop! 5 Stars all around!

Beautiful looking laptop great quality fast, only issue for me is small ssd size 256 definitely will have to upgrade the ssd drive.

I absolutely love this computer. the 2-1 is definitely my favorite and no matter how I hold it it always switches for me and all the features work great. it connects to all my Samsung products... I found my new favorite, I will recommend to everyone... this Samsung..

Great computer. Solidly built. Not cheap and and hinges are strong unlike other laptops. Keyboard quality. Real fast. Im a programmer and have many powerful apps open at he same time and this computer does not even blink at the load. Love it
