My second Samsung 2 in 1 laptop, My first one that still works great is the Spin 7 with the Intel i7 15" Great laptop with lots of storage and speed. This Notebook 9 13.3 Is really nice lightweight, Fast and built very well. Great for travel plus it has Thunderbolt port.

This Samsung Notebook 9 is a very speedy, powerful and compact 2-in-1. Windows 10 boots up very quickly as you might expect from a laptop with a 256gb SSD and 8gb of RAM. It has no trouble multitasking at all. I have had several apps/programs running at the same time and had no issues at all. Websites load quickly and don’t have to refresh all the time when you go back a page. I don’t use any really heavy programs or games to really push the boundaries but it has handled everything I have thrown at it in the past week. I really like the small bezels and the touch screen. The bezels on the top and sides of the screen are pretty narrow, around ¼”. The 2-in-1 form factor is fantastic. I love to flip the keyboard under the screen (about 135 degrees) to watch Netflix or to play a quick game. It is much nicer than my iPad as far as that goes. The screen is also very responsive, feels as nice as an iPad or Samsung Galaxy Tab. The laptop is very lightweight and thin. The position of speakers on the underside of the laptop was a bit curious to me at first but when I folded the keyboard as I mentioned earlier, the speakers fire upwards giving you pretty good sound quality. This computer also comes with an updated S-Pen. I haven’t used it too much but I’m starting to see how useful it could be. It is battery powered and has replaceable tips. It is nice to be able to hand-write notes and have them translated to type. It’s nice to use for random games or even web browsing. My only issues are pretty minor. One, the physical design. While it looks great and has small bezels, the edges are a bit sharp. It’s not like the edges will cut you but if you are positioned wrong they can be a bit uncomfortable. The other - gripe, I guess, is the fact that the S-Pen is no longer integrated into the laptop itself. Previous models of the Notebook 9 have a smaller pen that slides into the keyboard much like the Galaxy Note phones have. The new S-Pen is more the size of an actual pen so there is not a spot to store it. There is a magnet on the front of the keyboard that can hold the pen but it isn’t the strongest. If you attached it and put it in a bag the pen would likely fall off. Overall this has been a great laptop so far. Very versatile, fast and looks great. It can replace a tablet - depending on how you use a tablet. Battery life is pretty good, the S-Pen has a lot to offer. I think Samsung has made another great product.

This is one of my favorite laptops, and is my favorite laptop...as a travel/back-up/second screen. Its excellent to use as a second screen or as a tablet for on-the-go. Good balance between power and usability.

There are things I like about this laptop and a few things I don't like. I will start with things I do like. This is a great sized laptop and very lightweight. When I received the laptop in the mail, it felt so light I wondered if the laptop was even inside. I like that the keyboard has a backlight which is perfect for using at night. I always wonder why some laptops don't have a back light, when it's so helpful even if the light from the screen is bright enough. The laptop was easy to set up and connected to my wi-fi so quickly. I did not have any problems there. You can connect using your Microsoft account or by creating a password. It arrived in the box 75% charged, which was great. I charged it fully and let movies play in the background to see how long it would run while streaming movies and it lasted about 7 hours on the battery. That's pretty great to me. My other laptop can barely get 4 hours with a full charge. So that means, I can take it to school and use it in class to take notes, and maybe search things on the web without having to find an outlet to charge it because it will last about 6 hours. If you like to study at Starbucks and you can't always find a seat by the outlet or like to sit outside, you have about 6-7 hours before you need to find an outlet. This is perfect for students. I like that you can connect your Android or iPhone to the laptop using the phone app so you can see your messages or continue searches or videos that you were viewing from your phone. I haven't tried to connect my iPhone, but I did connect my husbands Samsung Galaxy s9 and it works perfectly. The computer runs really smoothly and really fast, so far. I have been using it to watch movies, type up papers for school, pull up power points and to stream the web and its been running very smoothly and really fast. I am typing up this review on the laptop right now. There are also some cool apps that came with the laptop; fitbit coach app, phototastic collage app for people that like to make collages, like myself. The pen is a nice addition and works really well. I did not like that the app to draw and write notes has a monthly charge, after the trial period ends. I think I will just find some free ones or use it when scrolling in tablet mode. My dislikes: I did not like that there was no usb port to connect other devices or storage devices. That is why I rated it 4 stars. It had 2 lightning charge ports on the left side and 1 on the right. ( I did like that it had a port on both sides because its so much more convenient). It also has a port for micro-sd cards. I also didn't like that the charging plug felt heavier than the laptop itself, but it does charge pretty quickly so I can live with that. Overall its a pretty good laptop and is great for someone in school or someone who likes to watch and stream movies. Its so lightweight, it wont be a bother as you sit in bed and watch movies. Especially becasue you can put it in tablet mode or place the keyboard upside down to hold it up on your chest.

She has waited for it for so long, it is everything she wanted. She in love with the fact you can sync the phone to the laptop so you are able to call and texting people from it with using you're phone.

The computer is great, but I ordered it as an open box deal and the pen didn’t work. The geek squad is closed so now I can’t get a new one. That’s my only complaint on the computer. Overall It is a great computer and I got it for a good deal.

This laptop is great , it’s slim and fundamental to all the work that I do. The laptop charges quickly & it’s extremely fast . I use it to pay bills & complete and download all of my work from home

Bought as open box item listed as excellent condition. Listed as missing nothing. (LIE) Had to pick up curbside so didn't get to look at it till home. Sadly front had what looked like dirt stuck in it! Coard just all tangled shoved in box! Pen missing!! VERY UPSET WITH BEST BUY FOR SELLING THIS WITHOUT CLEANING IT an specifying nothing missing when the pen was supposed to be included! No manuals, no protective covering! Returning this!

Purchased this brand was iffy about it because I normally get Dell or HP. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It has been great. I can even connect it to my TV.

Meets all my needs. This is my second pro-surface I’ve purchased. Never had any problems with the first one. Had to replace it because I ended up with a shattered screen. Easy to set up on my own.

It's good but sometimes when you turn it off it takes sometimes to load up your stuff. Like you just see a black screen and your mouse pointer. Then you have a hard time turning it off to start it again to use it. This is after one day of use.

Bought this for at home working !! I love it cause it’s just the lap top I need plus it can be turned into a tablet for my kids when they take over mommy’s electronics .

I needed to buy a laptop for school after going through two previous laptops that broke easily. I ended up purchasing this one due to durability and the graphics are amazing. It is worth the splurge!

Bought this new computer as an upgrade for my current work computer. The speed has increased dramatically and it's a smooth operating system. I am really happy I upgraded my computer.

The computer was exactly what I wanted except after buying McAfee I continue to see notifications that its expired. If the store was opened I would have paid to have it set up

Great for the price but must get a usb c dock with usb a for it as it only has 3 usb c female ports for external hard drives and I bought 1 on amazon for a good price

It's Amazing.... Performance of a laptop, office suite, etc. Samsung display quality that's always great. Loving the tablet mode.... Most of all is not bulky the pen works great.
