Long story short, it is worth every penny and will not disappoint. The tilt and height adjustment gives you ultimate flexibility and exactly align the monitor to your needs. Reminder, this is a huge curve display so getting the precise viewing position is very important to be able to work edge to edge. Also unlike the other brand curved monitors the viewing angle on this one is unbeatable and so is the brightness

I took a while to set up my monitor so I didn’t realize there was an issue with the screen until I was out of the exchange window. -my bad there. However, a few weeks into setting it up, I already have a dead pixel. There’s been no damage to the product since picking it up. The connections aren’t loose. I can only assume manufacture defect. Best Buy can’t help bc I’m out of the exchange window. Will be reaching out to Samsung next. Not sure I’ll ever buy a Samsung product again. This is my first… it may be my last. We’ll see how their customer service dept is. However, from what I’ve read on the websites with people who have had the same issue, I’m not too hopeful

I use this screen for work. Multitasking is a breeze and awesome for power point and spreadsheets

I've owned 2 of this model and one of another Samsung ultrawide. They've all gotten dead pixel(s) within 3 months and now there's no comp available to swap it with. Still probably the best Super Ultrawide so if that's what you want this is a great option, just hope any dead pixel(s) are off to the side. Seems like either the quality of the tech or the production needs a couple more years at least to improve. Unacceptable QC at this price range.

Great display so far but would be better if I could figure out how to get it to max refresh rate on it since 60hz is the only option it's giving me in settings. I'm using an Alienware X17 r1 as my PC with latest bio flash so there should be no reason why I should be having this issue other than maybe the hdmi cable that came with the monitor? Will look to try a mini display to large display port cable to see if that fixes it.

I thought these would be awesome - they're just ok. Honestly its not that much better than having 2 monitors, they look good but they are ginormous. We had an issue with one of these where the screen keeps going black but to be honest the shear size of it stopped us from taking it to the store to be looked at. I wouldn't buy these or any other widescreen monitor again. I tried doing some trouble shooting with the total tech agent, but all he wanted to do was send me into the store. The issue is small enough and happens infrequently enough that I've kept it - but I wouldn't recommend these. Also no inbuilt speakers - it is on the specifications.

The immersion you get from this is unreal and that curve my my that curve.

Before updating the firmware to 1.8 I would of given it 3 stars as it liked to give me crap running on a 3080 (blinking screen and other odd issues) but since I was able to update the firmware, this has been beyond amazing. Pro Tip: With this model, you have to get the firmware for the Korean model as the G97 (it's the same monitor) i.e go here : https://www.samsung.com/sec/support/model/LC49G95TSSKXKR/ After updating to 1.08 all the issues I was having with 240hz are now gone.

Great monitor. No problems that the earlier models seemed to have. The “cinema” mode makes any font look absolutely terrible but that mode is technically for movies anyways. If your watching with subtitles though you will have a hard time. All other lighting modes work great. Used with Mac and pc. Gaming and work it’s an amazing monitor. Monitor controls use a joystick rather than buttons thankfully but still wish there was a remote instead. Regardless it’s still easy to use.

Great monitor for the price. I would give it 5 stars, but the site hear on Best Buy claimed it had a 240 hz refresh rate and it only has 120. I am running it with a NVIDIA 3090 RTX with 24 gb of memory and not at all seeing those refresh rats. It can take a small moment to wake up at times. Overall, its a great monitor.

This is a beautiful screen and the size is perfect if you are use to using 2 screens.

I bought this item for my flight simulator set-up. It is really awesome, as it gives me the expansive lateral views that I need. I'm sure it's ideal for gaming as well. The monitor is really rugged and set-up was quick & easy. (I suggest you have someone help you put it in place as it's heavier than simple flat-screen monitors. This item is also very attractive and looks great in my flight-sim corner.

This is the monitor I've always wanted. I bought this particular model because I want something that'll be good for at least a couple of years before wanting to upgrade to the next best thing. Currently using it with my M1 Mac mini and PS5. I know with that set up I'm not pushing the monitor to it full potential, but I do plan on building a gaming PC. I really like the design and color of the back. It's like something from the future... LOL!
