It’s been 10 months now and 30 calls with mangers and time spent!!! I try my best now not to go to Best Buy anymore unless I have to! At least 10 managers that has escalated my issue and say I’ll be refunded in 10 days. These huge companies are utterly disgusting.

No working 240hz as of right now

What's going on is the monitor is to high resolution and framerate for the bandwidth of a displayport 1.4 connection. So Samsung used DSC display stream compression to shrink the size of data through the displayport cable. But they have not fixed it yet. So why release a product you can't use? No working drivers for 30 series and some 20 series GPUs as of 10-14-20.

A green pixelated line showed up and would not go away. I had to call Samsung since it was outside of the BB return period. Samsung is sitting on the warranty claim and won’t RMA or send a tech out in timely manner. I will not be buying from Samsung again.

At first, I thought the computer was freezing but then I realized that it was just the monitor. I am not happy Bestbuy showed me the return price minus $65. I think the Monitor was overheating.
