    This is a great monitor my only problem is when waking it from sleep the USB port does not seem to work until you power cycle the monitor. This might be an issue with my model

      1) Check if your graphics card has any updates available. If updates are available, install them. If you require help installing your graphics card updates, please contact your graphics card manufacturer.

    I like the monitor. However, the stand is pretty cheap and I get some flickering from time to time. Overall I would recommend this monitor for an entry level gaming monitor.

    Cheap material and colors are washed out. Base is cheap. Shame on Samsung. FreeSync does not work as it should

    Nice monitor just not enough settings you basically have to be gaming on a pc not game console to get the full effects it offers

    Disappointing purchase and Best Buy experience

    Best buy needs to work on quality control for open box items. Bought this monitor open box on sale. Came shipped in the product box with a faulty screen. Seriously, nobody bothered to turn it on and check to make sure it wasn't faulty, defective or functioning? Instead I had to spend my time to bring it in and return it in person. Not only that, but when processing my return and checking for an available replacement to be shipped to me (which was no longer available because of the sales), I was charged extra. I only realized this when I later logged into my account to see I hadn't been issued a full refund because I had been charged for a 3rd party service for a monitor I don't even own. So then I had to spend another 30 minutes waiting for a call back from customer service and another 20 on the phone to get the full refund. Now the sales are over and it's no longer in stock. What a waste of time.

    Really nice monitor but it was to dark on my PlayStation 5. I was really excited to get it and I was let down.

    I haven't had much luck with this monitor. I'm on my 3rd. First time, half the monitor was black after I came back from doing stuff. Had to completely turn off and power back on to get it to work right. Returned and got another (Bestbuy customer service for the win!) Second, all the screen went black with hints of stuff under the screen. Again, powered on/off. Color distortion in spots were now on the screen. Ugh. Reset all settings. Powered back on/off and it was fine again. Gave it to my brother to try and use a display port instead as well. After awhile randomly black screen as well. Decided to give on last try as it is comfortable on the eyes and looks good when working. (Here's to hoping 3rd one is the charm.)

    Samsung makes lousy monitor stands!

    Try attaching the monitor to the included base parts without having to break something or take parts from other Samsung monitors. I never got to see the screen image, because this heavy beast requires a decent, easy-to-attach base. I gave up and tossed it out. Not worth the trouble. Specifically, the roughly vertical "strut" piece that attaches to the "V" base, up to the bottom of the screen, just. does. not. fit. Not the way their silly "setup" diagrams suggest, in any case. After having two 32-inch Samsung TV sets die on us quite prematurely, I'm done with Samsung, for good.

    Monitor arrived fine. On the 14th day half my screen was blacked out when i would turn the monitor on. I updated the firmware and that seemed to fix the problem (for now). Now im experiencing a dead pixel and cant return it to BestBuy due to their awful return policy. Samsung also will not do anything unless it has 4 or more dead pixels. Do not waste your time on BestBuy products. Go with Amazon Or Costco. Costco has a 90 day hassle free return policy.
