bought it today as an open box. The item is great and everything is there. But I and my dad found out the stand bracket does not match the holes behind the monitor. We had to do the extra work and drill the bracket holes bigger to match the screw holes. However things didn't go as planned, only 3 screws managed to fit in. I suggest buyers open up the box and check it to make sure the bracket mounting holes match the monitor's screw holes. As you can see the monitor is tilted and the screw does not fit in on the back perfectly. I assume this is manufacturer's sloppy QC

No complaints except the standard Samsung display characteristics (red shades on white BG etc)

Honestly had low expectations for a used monitor but jeez, this monitor rocks, unfortunately its too good, i have to upgrade my pc because it can not utilize the full capacity of the monitor.

I did some research on this monitor and read a lot of good things and the specs are up to par as well be 4k & 120hz, but be warned that I did see a bunch of bad reviews and other purchaser complaints, which are completely valid. So I took a chance and bought it anyway and I love it, have had no issues. Also don't get too excited about the RGB lighting, its there but its nothing special.

I bought this monitor to use with my ps5 as it has hdmi 2.1. The graphics are fine nas I like the 120hz support, however, the screen sometime turns black, like it is restating in the middle of the game. I called Samsung but they could not do anything as they wanted me to call tem when the issue happens, well, how? The screen comes back to normal in 3 to 5 seconds. Not sure what the issue is.

This monitor lives up to its details.. Great color.. Great looking.. Works perfect with Xbox series X with 4K running at 120hz. My only fuss is the stand. The swivel is a bit wobbly.

I was worried about getting an IPS screen as my last monitor was a LED, but the brightness on this is perfect even when the sun from my windows is on my monitors. 144hz is perfect, the 4k is sharp and clear. Ended up getting two of these since I liked the looks of one. Was a little bit of color correcting between the two monitors as one was slightly more blue light heavy but a quick few tweaks in the menus and they match perfectly. The RGB lighting on the sides and back is enough to set a good atmosphere without over doing it.

Hands down! This is THE best gaming monitor that I have ever gamed on. Yes, it requires tweaking with the settings, but once you adjust everything according to your preference, you will not go back. IT IS JUST THAT GOOD. This is coming from employee of Microsoft who is really picky about his tech gear as a gamer, cyber security evaluation specialist, and network operations tech DoD subcontractors. Simply amazing. I have this paired also with a current desktop PC build - mostly AMD and Radeon components running neck to neck with a RTX 3070/80 in comparison. Also, I tested my PS5 with the monitor as well. Super fantastic visuals.

I got this on Sale Holiday 2021 and after using this for a few months. I can say for a Fact that this is one of the Best 4k Gaming Monitors on the market right now. My Panel had No Dead Pixels. Picture quality out of the box is okay but after using an ICC Profile colors were more accurate and i notice a big difference. Besides that my experience with the monitor has been great. I had no issues getting 120hz to work on my PS5 but I mainly use the monitor for PC Gaming. Highly recommended!

This is a great monitor. I really like both the 4K as well as the lighting. This is an expensive monitor but well worth the monies spent.

It has reactive lighting which is cool asf. I didnt think the 28inch display was gonna be big until i actualy saw it when i pulled it out. This moniter is smooth in everyway and the 144hz is way faster then u think.

I wanted to love this monitor but unfortunately, it's very dim for being a high-end monitor. When it comes to the quality of the visuals, they're beautiful until you realize, they seem very underrepresented in areas that should be bright and beautiful. Checked forums and this seems to be a common issue, so I'll likely be returning mine.

HDMI and Displayport issues, It's no OLED but everything about this monitor is just right but there's one glaring issue. Frequently the monitor will disconnect and reconnect on it's own no matter what connector you use. I've lived since I've found some work arounds but it wasn't an easy solution to find.

Great monitor, works amazing for gaming and the quality is outstanding. Bought this for my gaming set up and could not be happier. The back lit monitor looks insanely good at night

Would have most likely gone with this if it was ultra wide.

Amazing monitor. My first higher end monitor with lights and its so cool. The screen and quality is really nice and I use it for gaming a lot. Glad I decided on this one.

This monitor is one of the best monitors I ever used. Great features with the HDMI 2.1 inputs. Good for the next gen consoles.once you go 120fps you'll never want to go back to 60fps.

Only have this monitor for 2 days but everything has been good so far. As for firmware my came with 1005 version while Samsung site has 1004 so I didn’t to update. So check the system information to see first to see what version you have first. Colors is beautiful on this monitor and the HDR is fine in my opinion (at least on ps5 it is; ex: FF7R chapter 8 when cloud try to sneak out at night the HDR was very good and you can the details of the room while on my old monitor it was pitch black). Hopefully nothing go bad in the next couple of weeks because I’m loving this monitor at the moment!

Love this monitor! Great picture and the led backlighting is pretty cool. The first one I got had a small scratch. I neglected to take it in for awhile, but when i did Best Buy graciously took it back.

Bought this monitor to pair with my 3080Ti and Ryzen 9 5950X duo and it lives up to the hype. Even use it for my PS5 and cant wait to play Elden Ring on it.
