I feel this thing was a steal at $649! 4K, 1440p, and 1080p all look really good on this monitor. I use with multiple devices from Nintendo Switch to PC and no matter what is playing at the time it looks fantastic. The only downside is the backlight bleed but in game it isn’t noticeable or distracting!

If you're just looking for "a monitor" you should skip this. Also avoid if you need professional-grade color reproduction as the back-bleed will mess you up, this is definitely an entertainment panel. If you want a premier 4k 144Hz gaming experience you're in the right place. The backlight bleed you'll see in other reviews is real but virtually unnoticeable to me in anything other than a black screen environment, although in very dark (like an unlit cave or night) scenes in videos and games you'll notice it if you stare at the corner of the screen instead of the main content. The picture quality is absolutely insane though. I've tried smushing my face in to the monitor to see pixels and I can't. Big plus that this is an IPS panel too. I bought it because the colorized motion blur on my VA panel disgusted me and I wanted to "buy it for life" instead of buying another one in a few years. This fits the bill.

I use this monitor for work and gaming on PS5. It’s excellent for both.

I had high hopes for this monitor, really like the design a lot, no question it's a great looking monitor. For gaming, I got a bad headache within 15 minutes or less playing FPS games. I tried a few, adjusted FOV, played with other settings folks online suggested. I am using this with an NVIDIA 3080 with G-Sync, but it'd G-Sync compatible and does NOT have the NVIDIA G-Sync module. This is where the problem mainly lies. On the UFO test the was ghosting in every setting I used, not a lot but enough, you really have to keep your FPS within a narrow window so for each game dialing this in on the PC side (GPU) and the monitor side is more work. Using a G-Sync monitor with the chip this is all automatic and the frames adjust correctly from 1 - 144hz with ought the ghosting. I had a friend that games and has no motion issues try it, he said he felt a headache as well, not as bad as mine but he said it was not comfortable. I sat further away, it was better but I was reaching far to use the mouse and keyboard, I should not need to do this with a good monitor. For productivity, I could use the monitor, however the colors were not great, they were good after calibrating. Ultimately, I took this back due to the headaches gaming, I went back to my 2016 ASUS 27in gaming monitor that has the NVIDIA G-Sync module, no headaches, the UFO test is clean no ghosting. I will buy a 4K gaming monitor again from BestBuy, but it will be a 4k monitor with G-Stnc or G-Sync ultimate chip inside this time, I will pay the additional money, my eyes are worth it, and I want to game headache free.

I wouldn’t say that I know a lot of information on the best monitors. But i was looking for one that specifically had hdmi 2.1 and I also got this while it was on sale. I haven’t had any problems with it and I use it for my Xbox series x, ps5 and my laptop and all of them run fine with it

Im satisfied with this monitor, quality is amazing and haven’t had any problems with it except that the monitor out the box did come with 2 dead pixels but I’m not that picky, can’t even tell when I play.

Dead pixel line appeared. Good thing best buy refunded me.
