Fits nicely on my desk and I like the height as I'm using it as an external monitor for my laptop. It was a little difficult to figure out how to configure it, though, and I had to watch a video on line to learn how to do it. There's a small dial under the bottom of the monitor that moves in various directions which was not evident at first glance. Once I figured it out, it was fine though

Finally had to just get a different monitor altogether. Samsung monitors are so hit in miss I didn’t want to waste time gambling on another one.

After 2-3 days of trying to correct, it never went away and made a return to bestbuy. Other noteworthy things: I had screen tearing playing at 4k 144hz on certain FPS games that did not occur on two other 4k 144hz monitors I have tested. This monitor also had an issue where it appeared as if the hdr turned off or a filter/screen setting disabled everytime I adjusted the windows volume using my speaker volume control or the volume control on my keyboard (which prompts the windows volume display on top left of screen) and turned back to regular display setting. This showed up in my game records as well which was annoying... I will also note that the hinge for the monitor was not tightened very well. This left the monitor swivelling when I picked it up from the base which was very scary to hold especially putting back in the box to get my refund. For an $800+ monitor I was disappointed and upon further research across the web, including groups in social medias and reddit, samsung gaming monitors have a reputation for the stuck/dead pixel issue. I dont know Samsung operating procedures but Quality Control didnt show on my product. My advice is get another brand for a 4k high refresh rate monitor for gaming.

Got a dead pixel, lower edge of screen. A dead pixel on a $100 monitor might be acceptable but on a $800 monitor it isn't. I have gotten so many defective products from Best Buy, they should be giving me cashback for all the hassle I go through returning this stuff. It's shocking how many defects on laptops as well as this monitor I have found. Am returning and mulling over whether I want get a replacement.
