The stand can not be completely installed due to quality issues and it also had a very obvious dead pixel in the center of the screen. Returning to get a better one. Never have i ever been disappointed with Samsung until now.

Stuck pixel

Unfortunately, came with a stuck pixel. Apparently this panel seems to have some QC issues. Also had to return the Gigabyte M28U (uses the same panel made by Innolux) due to a stuck pixel.

Its a a great moniter with beautiful picture but will randomly start flickering black until i turn it off for a while, this is usually after only an hour of being on. I'm not aure if I got a defective model but it's only a month old and already having issues.

But I feel that would be harmful to anyone looking for honesty. The monitor was good out of the box. But within two weeks there was a stuck green pixel right in the center of the monitor. I did a stuck pixel test to see if there were more and sure enough there was a stuck blue pixel at the bottom right. I did a quick stuck pixel test to try and see if they would fix themselves, but it was no use. For $800 I expect this thing to be flawless for years. I have two monitors that are over 7 years old and still have not had a pixel get stuck or die on me. So having one get two in less than two weeks of owning? No thanks. It went back. I decided to go with another brand and will stay clear of this line of monitors in the future.
