I had a simar experience with other brands and they brought the replacement to my door and took the bad one.

I had been skeptical about getting it due to some of the mixed reviews and some people reporting problems with the built quality. I don’t regret pulling the trigger on this. The picture is no nice. Colors are ver sharp and the way in which it transitions is amazing. It has some really cool features too like the backring. I am really happy with this purchase and would recommend this product to anyone on the market for a good monitor for your PS5
