At first I wasn't sure about buying this robot vacuum, I was commitment to buy other brand, but the seller at the store told me that this have a better suction and the batterie last longer than the others so I gave it a try and now I love it! Batterie last for about an hour, the suction is powerfull in carpet and flooring... I'm happy with my purchase.

Full time working mother of 2 toddlers. This vacuum is amazing! Cleans on a schedule when at work. Cleans are combination carpet/tile/wood floors. Can spot clean, drive it, quiet clean and heavy duty clean. The rollers and dustbin are super easy to clean. The only thing you have to get used to is picking up odds and ends off the floor. I've had no issues with it damaging toys that are left out, but it will shut off if it gets a wire or sock in it. But seriously, this vacuum has saved me so much time and makes my house look amazing!

Stay away from Samsung robot vacuums - my digital motor went out after a year or so and they would not replace it even though it states on the front of the unit a 10 year warranty on it’s digital motor

Would not charge from day one. Indicator light remains red on docking station and Powerbot will not charge, Unknown if this actually cleans or not.

We purchased our powerbot last month. We have a lot of furniture in our house I like to say we have 3,000 sq ft. of furniture in a 2,000 sq ft. house the powerbot does a very good job of finding it's way around each piece of furniture. Sometimes it back tracks but overall doesn't do a bad job. The biggest thing is it has a hard time getting back to the charging station, about every time I have to manually guide it back. My cat loves it she follows it around and try's to ambush it.

I've had all kinds of robotic vacuums I'm kind of addicted to them because I really don't like to clean as much as I want everything clean this thing works fabulous so much better then the IRonpt that was the last one in my house it's easy to dump all the garbage , dog hair and dust have collects .it's not that loud it's extremely thorough would recommend one for everyone

Never charged out of the box...so I returned it and went with the iRobot

this is my first smart vacuum and can I just say that I freak love this machine. I was reading some of the reviews(cnet) and they were saying things like it's really loud and that It doesn't do corners well, but it's not loud and it does do corners well. I'm used to a canister vacuum and compared to it it's about 1/3 as loud. A couple of things I've noticed it doesn't like fring on carpet, lose carpet(entry carpets),and on the manual it said that I doesn't work on dark floor. And it comes with an extra filter, I just have to figure out where to buy more when the time comes. Anyways I'm really happy with it .I've had this for less than 24 hours.

Lasted many years without a problem , then all at once failed . My geek squad GSP plan issued a full refund and I purchased a newer model of the same design .

All powerbots have a design flaw preventing cleaning randomly over several weeks use, easily fixed by customers. When the side bumps furniture legs, or backing into walls, the side lifts under motor torque and triggers the sensor for wheel extension, shutting down (protects when picking up off the floor). Some cardboard and tape in the wheel well can keep the wheels proper, so the Powerbot can be used with confidence. Instructions at robotreviews.

We have named our POWERbot as Rajamma ! Initially I bought Roomba but was a DOA. I retuned it back and bought this based on recomendation. Has good suction and vacuum cleaning power. Does good on hard floors - laminate and tile. In carpet it works hard and loses power quickly. It is understandable. I am using this only for a week now. Not used schedule yet. So for so good. One of the remote function did not work - pointing laser. I have to take that back to fix. Over all I am OK despite issues. I have to see on how it works over long time. Sum up: Over prized. Has to come down in price. Remote issues to get attention. Overall OK product. Will wait to recommend this product. May come up with update after few months. I will wait to recomend this product. I would say no for now.

Gets confused on floor vents, shuts off and never finishes. I like it otherwise, does a great job on hardwood and thinner area rugs. Just wish it would complete a job so I can trust the schedule.

This machine is true cleaner. I don't have to regular vacuum as often. True time saver.

Product failed after 5 months of usage. Samsung customer service is the worst possible. They don't know what to do. First they told me someone would pick it up at my house for repairs. After a week waiting I called them back and they told me they were wrong; I needed to mail the product for repair. Product was mailed and came back fixed. This time, worked for one month. It is broken again. I've just called them and they told again somebody would come to pick it up. I had to teach their customer service this is not their process (can you believe it?!). After checking they told me I should mail the product for repair. If I could, I would return it. I WILL NEVER BUY A NON-TV SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN.

Works great when you don't have to. Helps with dust and dog hair.

Nice product takes little time but does great job cleaning
