Very good vacumn. The only issue is that you have to make sure the intake stays clear.

I bought one of these a little over 2 years ago. Tonight I just brought back my second one(thank god for actually purchasing the geek squad warranty). Both were hardly used and just stopped powering on one day. Resets and battery pulls did nothing. Best Buy apparently just replaces them instead of fixing them(side note: they only have them online now, must be because they are garbage) Instead of buying a third one, I’m just facing the fact that these machines are awful. I bought a Roomba(fingers crossed) with my full purchasing price(yes!) store credit and still have a few hundred to boot. Buyer beware. Junk!

I was so excited to purchase this item and have it help me keep my home clean. Unfortunately between my two dogs it either pushes the hair around or the hair clogs the powerbot so I can only run it while I’m home so I can clean it when it’s clogged. I like that it is picking up things a broom would miss but over all I wasn’t a lot of money. It’s faster and more efficient if I sweep myself and less noisy!

We purchased this vacuum on 12/22/2017 from Best Buy. We had to sent it away for service twice and it recently needed service for a third time- but this time Samsung will not cover any repairs under the warranty. Issues were related to the beater brush assembly and motor getting incredibly loud and the need to fully replace the electronics (mother board) of the unit. This time the beater brush motor is again incredibly loud and cannot be used. This product has been cared for, did not have an electrical strike - but NEVER, ever worked correctly. Samsung and this product has totally lost me as a customer. There are many other great robotic vacuums out there- this is not one.

Samsung has done it again and I'm so happy with this product!

It was ok. I was not completely amazed by this thing. I probably could have used this money on something else.

Was disappointed. Not a fit for our house. Cannot go between our oversized bar stools and would get stuck repeatedly on our rug in living room. Would take all day just to go thru our house. We returned it and now considering dyson cordless for the quick kitchen cleanup and rest of hard floor area.

It is good. We like it a lot, however it doesn’t ha e the invisible wall.

These things are noisy, take forever to clean your house, and they don’t return to the docking station when the battery dies. Maybe it’s just the design of my home but this robot could not navigate thru the house at all, it would go forward and backwards 5 times before finding its way. Not worth $500 at all

This is a fantastic little gadget. Much more advanced than my Roomba!

I know it sounds crazy, but this vacuum doesn’t pick up anything....it goes around the house acting like it is vacuuming, but it doesn’t pick up anything. I’ve even put a fur ball in front of the vacuum, it just pushes it aside. Even though it is supposed to be mapping the area, it skips large areas. Not recommended at all especially if you don’t have just a large empty area. I expected a lot more especially for the price! My old one R7040 was so much better.

I returned this vaccuum cleaner because it kept getting stuck on my small rugs. Also, it could not navigate around furniture and between multiple rooms without getting lost. It could not find it's way home. I replaced it with a Neato Botvac D7 which I love love love.
