Nice looking vacuum and great sucking power! Great value

Was unsure of how good this robot would do but it does an really nice job oh keep the carpet looking clean. Even works well on hard wood floors. Only downfall is when using remote it can’t go backwards.

While these are no replacement for the cleaning power of a regular vacuum, it works great on oicking up daily dust and other items.

I try not to buy from Best Buy anymore since you've stopped offering discounts on HP ink cartridges through the rewards program.

This is a lower model compared to the one we had to replace and over all it does a good job on the rugs and a great job on the hard wood. Only complaint is that it seems to get lost when it needs to return to charge and we are always having to look for it so we can carry it to the charging station.

After full battery charge doesn't work more then 20min, some time it rotate in same place.

Works really well over, especially with the amount of dog hair that accumulates on our wood floors. Needs to be cleaned regularly so the sensors do not get clogged or covered. This would be my only complaint. Occasionally vacuum struggles to find its base but this is again because of the sensors.

The vacuum did a good job of navigating on its own and did a great job of cleaning the floors. I ended up returning it because of the phone app. The app would never open and connect the vacuum because of this you are not able to set a schedule.

Very good product. Can be connected to Wifi, scheduled to hoover when needed. Automatically continues hovering when it left after the first run. One feature that needs improving is the battery life of approx 50 minutes for the first run, then approx 20 min fore the other runs.

Very happy with our purchase. The sales guy wa s great he took the time to tell us a little about each one and recommended the Samsung for us because we have carpet and 3 messy kids lol. Makes life easier.

I am in love with my new powerboat. This powerful vacuum has been an amazing addition to my family. The only thing I wish is it would finish my carpet completely before leaving to start on another area. This could be on my part. I have only had about two weeks now and still learning all the extras it has to offer

Bought this despite some of the mixed reviews and I’m glad I did! The app is basic but allows me to schedule cleaning when I’m not home which is what I wanted. The vac does a great job and pics up ALOT. Great if you have pets. I saw reviews of people complaining about the tray becoming clogged but they must have been emptying it weekly or something? I empty mine daily or every other day and it’s been great. It has a regular setting a a turbo setting that has more suction and eats the battery faster but battery life is still decent. If you’re looking for a good looking little robot vac that req little maintenance and allows you to schedule cleanings this ones a good choice.

It cleans very well, cleans dog hair up that that the $3,000 "KIRBY" does not .
