It really does a great job. It also is easy to clean and empty. I swore I wouldn’t name it like a pet because people who do that are weird... but I wound up calling it lil’ guy. Oh well, guess i’m weird too.

The Samsung vacuum is very helpful as you can let it go on its own or spot clean with the remote or SmartThings app on your phone. Sometimes, it has stopped by itself for whatever reason without continuing to vacuum. Also, it has had trouble transitioning from tile to a rug but for the most part, it's able to vacuum most of our home saving us time.

We've owned this robot for a few months and it's performing as I hoped. It seems to have more suction than a previous brand we owned. I like the sweeper bar being up front and not in the center, it seems to do much better against the wall.

This vacuum gets the job done however the design is terrible. It’s impossibe to dump the bin without getting your hands dirty. Also it gets clogged easily and it’s very hard to clean out. It only finds its way back to the charging dock about 50% of the time before the battery dies.

We were apprehensive at first however it has done an amazing job for us so far. It does best on wood floors but does fairly well on carpet. If you don't want it to die certain areas block them off i.e. close bedroom doors.

Works very well. Still gets stuck under my dining room chairs, but it only happens about once a week or so. Cleans on schedule and handles dog hair like a champ (it seems like my dog sheds a small chihuahua every week). If the waste container was a bit bigger, it would be better. Overall, I am very satisfied and I am considering buying more as gifts.

This is a great product. Just wish it can also climb stairs :D

Our Shark vacuum died, so we thought. I ordered the Samsung Powerbot and the Shark must have overheard because it came back to life. When the Powerbot arrived, I hooked it up even though the Shark was still running. I set the two vacuums to run, Shark in the morning, Samsung in the evening. I was amazed at the dirt the Samsung pulled off our floors and rugs. It actually filled the Samsung's reservoir the first time it ran. I've had Roomba, Deebot, Shark and now Samsung robot vacuums. The Samsung is by far the most powerful. If you want clean floors, I'd strongly suggest the Powerbot.

This is our first automatic vacuum. We are so happy with it.
