I have tried and own Romba robots for quite a while now, what I have to say about the samsung while I had it for 1 month now is that the cleaning process and the way it maps the house is way better than Romba

I most definitely recommend this powerbot! It does what it needs to. My house is always clean. No more worries with the cats and dogs running around and shedding hair everywhere.

Does a great job picking up dust and dog hair. Great buy.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I NEVER USED THIS PRODUCT TO DO ANY VACUUMING. I returned it because: 1) I was told at the store that it can connect to a 5GHz WiFi network, but it doesn't; and 2) I connected it to a 2.4GHz network, and the Samsung SmartThings app on my phone was able to find and add it as a robot vacuum, but still couldn't connect to it and control it (kept giving a server connection error when I was definitely connected to the internet). The setup and WiFi connection instructions were not clear and seemed to be outdated. I went online to see how I can fix the connectivity issues and it turns out a lot of people were having similar experiences, so I returned the product and will be looking for another one with more modern software. Since I haven't used this robot as a vacuum, I can't speak to how well it performs its main function, but I would not recommend it to a friend because it's too expensive to have outdated connection software.

It works well but I do feel she is a bit large. Which is why while naming her we decided on Balthazar. She still makes it around corners and under the couch. Over all great addition to the family!

This a great bot, but we ended up returning it. It works well, but the only issue we had was with it's mapping tech. This bot uses the ceiling to map the floors. We feel it was unable to do a good job of mapping the floor in rooms that have high tray ceilings with patterns. We might be wrong, but that was our experience. Definitely worth the try...

Had the 690 & didn’t like it. This is actually a vacuum that sucks dirt up . Love that it picks up a lot more dirt thin my roomba did. + leaves the lines in the carpet like momma wanted you to do. But it gets lost ,doesn’t make it home before the battery dies. And try’s to climb the Furniture leaving marks behind. (NotGood) + would get stuck under furniture and on area rugs in the home ,going back to roomba to try out the 890 next. Also Samsung’s app crashes a lot and Alexa won’t speak to the Vacuum 90% of the time. Maybe if I keep upgrading to better models I’ll find one that does everything it claimed to do. Didn’t have any of these technical difficulties with the roomba. It just didn’t clean as good. Only giving 3 stars because battery life sucks and app has to many bugs. Something I would not expect from a big teck company. They definitely dropped the ball on their software.

This works great and cleans home as scheduled. Initially it took some days to learn my home and the objects. But after that it is doing its job done. Mine is 850sqft 1bed apartment and it takes one hop for a recharge to complete my home cleaning with a resume option on where it left(which I like most at its price)

The Samsung robot vacuum is amazing and easy to use!

Decent for first timer. Read a lot of reviews. This one does the trick for me. It gets caught up around furniture at times though. Waiting on the future models to see improvements. Wish it stayed away from dig dishes lol.

Got this for free as part of a black Friday deal. It works OK but is no substitute for a regular vacuum. For example, it would not vacuum up sand on a rug. It's nice to fluff up the carpet and get under the bed but I wouldn't buy it from my experience.

Got this to keep the kitchen, breakfast nook and hallway clean. Unit interfaces with Bluetooth and lets you know if it gets stuck. It also will automatically return to the charging station when battery gets low. Once it recharges it resumes where it left off.

First time robot vacuum owner ans I must say I'm impressed with it. Does a great job on my wood floors and can do some lighter carpet but has a little bit of trouble with really thick carpet. Overall great
