I have hardwood floors and this works great for me. The only problem I wou;d say to look out for is clogging if you have pet hair around your home. Otherwise its perfect. Makes cleaning the house a lot easier.

Our Roomba recently died after 3 1/2 years so after utilizing the geek squad option, we decided to go with the Samsung instead of another Roomba. So far we love this machine. Cleans the same space in a shorter amount of time, cleaning pattern is a bit more logical and the dirt container is larger. We have two large dogs and the Samsung does a great job of cleaning the dog hair in our bedroom. It's not a good as our Dyson but for in between cleanings, we are pleased with the results.

The vacuum would only run about 20 minutes and die.

I love it! Has plenty power and does a fantastic job. My back is so happy because vaccumning even with my back brace on it would still hurt.

Me and my wife absolutely love Samsung and the majority of their products. This is a very good vacuum and we have owned it for years, the only thing that is sometimes a difficulty is finding its way back home or cleaning up dog hair that is close to the wall

We received this with the purchase of a refrigerator and stove and have used it some. It performs well- not sure if we would purchase one as it is not needed with our floor plan.

Vacuum does a great job cleaning. Only gripe is sometimes the charging dock doesn’t line up correctly if the battery dies and you must manually place the vacuum on dock.

I like this robo-vac. it is much better than the inexpensive Debot that i had previously owned. This one will go back to its charging station by itself, recharge, then go back out. And it doesn't bump into everything when it's cleaning. There are, however, two things that I would consider cons: 1-It's collection bin is pretty small. You need to empty it every day. 2-It needs light to work effectively. I set our old Debot to clean at 2 am every day. But you can not do that with this one unless you want to keep the lights on all night.

This product is awesome. Never had a problem with cleaning me and my friends did a test my Samsung vs Romba and Samsung won cleaning floor with powder sugar and rice cleaning was amazing.

The collection basket was it big enough, and had to be emptied daily. At times, the vacuum would get lost in my house, and I would have to go find it. I did buy one for my daughter though, as she has a smaller house. It is working very well for her.

I love that I can use Bluetooth and run it from a restaurant. It cleans what I need to, and is easy to clean

I love Samsung products so when my Neato bit the dust I was happy to try the Samsung Powerbot vacuum. The vacuum path is not as pristine as the Neato & now the Powerbot has died after lasting 1-1/2 months. Samsung has supplied me with a shipping label to get it worked on. I'm only hoping that I bought a lemon & that they can get it working appropriately.

Was all set to buy an irumba and the sales rep talked to me about this and it is much more advance then that one and for the price you get and features, I'm so happy I purchased this unit

I absolutely love my Samsung powerbot. I have cats and the powerbot gets up all of their hair and leaves my floors perfectly clean! I am very impressed and highly recommend this product.

Tried 4 or 5 times to get the vacuum robot connected with the Samsung connect app. The process DOES NOT work. The process keeps timeout and in the end it says vacuum robot is registered already but none shows up in the device list. DO NOT BUY!

I am disappointed with some of the functionality of the PowerBot 7040 and also with Samsung customer service. The Powerbot cleaning capability and power is decent. It does a good job of not falling over stairs. It cleans edges and corners fairly well. However there are two major flaws. Firstly, the PowerBot has major issues with black/dark streaks/areas of rug and furniture. The onboard camera does not recognize black/dark colors. Secondly it misses large areas even after several cycles. Samsung customer service was unhelpful and simply told me to return the Powerbot as nothing can be done about either of the two flaws.

I was looking for vaccum. My Best Buy Advisor advised me that this is the best. I loved it. Now i dont have to worry. I just turned it on it cleans automatically.

It works while I'm not home cleaning up the floor. Works until it gets tired, goes back to charging station and returns to where it left off. I love coming home to clean floors.

We love the Samsung robot vac. It cleans the rooms and even after we vaccine it still seems to find dirt and dust. Great machine for busy families.
