What an amazing purchase...I dont know why I didnt get one before now. I love it. I love that I can control it with my phone. It does a great job and is easy on the furniture.

We have owned several robotic vacuums and this one was by far the worst. It is extremely SLOW and methodical. It is taller than others so it can’t fit under furniture very well and the battery life sucks. Save your money and get a Roomba.

This vacuum does an awesome job cleaning up the house, first run was a bit rough but the second time it ran was flawless and every time since has been flawless

My house includes a sunken family room and an open landing on the second floor. I am unwilling to place reflective tape on the ledge to keep the vacuum from falling off. You also need too much open space around the charging unit to place it somewhere it would not be an eyesore on the main floor. I could place it under my bed, but would have to close the door and have it clean only one room, or again place reflective tape at the head of the stairs. After reading the instructions, I stopped and have not set-up this vacuum. It may become a Christmas gift for someone else. Perhaps they would have a better use for it.

Noise level was low, a plus, but I have all hardwood floors that are new a pristine and I would find scratches after running, even at the return base, my floors had no particles or items that got sucked in it just left scratches

This product works very well, this is one of my favorite robot vacuums. However the app is very limiting it needs improvement. It has to connect to wifi, that is pretty difficult. After it connects it is smooth sailing.

I have been pleasantly surprised with this vacuum. I did not expect it to really work well. It does a good job and returns home to it's port as advertised.

As my Neato vacuum was a few years old, got the Samsung as an addition. Love how quiet it is in comparison to the early Neato model (it's still working).

Sweeps up tons of dog hair and crumbs. My lab sheds a lot, and it runs at night so in the morning I don't have dog hairs floating on my hardwood floor.

Got this on sale & absolutely love it why didn't I have this along time ago we have a dog & cat use this every day & cannot believe the hair it picks up

I am very pleased with this product. I am also pleased with the thorough job it performs on both carpet and hardwood.

Works great! Better for places with less furniture. Awesome how it remembers the pattern it vacuumed before hand. Only negative is battery life. It doesn’t vacuum the entire room before it has to recharge itself.

I love that it goes by itself, and can be remote controlled to clean. It does a great job on carpet and hardwood floors! So cool, even the kids love it!

good for the price. It has been a good addition to our setup. Love to use it when I am crunched for time, even though I have to barricade it in a room.

This is the 2nd one like this I buy and it works really well. The only issue I find is Alexa integration using Samsung smarthings is really bad and does not work as expected, google assistant integration is way easier for this one and works way better.

We are really happy with Samsung vacuum. It cleans nicely and goes to corner. It is still learning the floor map but it does. Lean very well. Only issue is, it connects with Alexa but Doesnt take Alexa's command. However, it works fine with Smartthings app.

Its been almost a month with the Powerbot, and it has been a great purchase, i used it almost every day and do a terrific job.

It only gets 32 mins to a charge. So it takes 2.5 battery charges to get the entire level swept. It also will die in the middle of sweeping and doesn't make it back home to allow to charge.

It's an ok product but would never pay the asking price.

My first automated vacuum cleaner. Easy to use and has cool app to see the area it covered. Fun just to sit there and watch it do all the dirty work...
