You basically can’t have anything on the floor so it can do a good job. It’s very slow and only picks up small, fine dust. I would have returned it if I would have paid for it. I do not recommend it.

Unit has cliff sensor so no worries that it will tumble down stairs. My only disappointment is battery life. It has to redock and charge a few times to handle one level.

Now the vacuum dies before it gets back to the charging dock. Hopefully Samsung can fix the issue. If not I plan to get a refund and buy a different brand.

It is not noisy like other devices. Don't know much about how powerful it is but it works great. I noticed that sometimes it misses some spots. But overall, very good robo vacuum.

Get lost all the time

Cannot find way home. I see it go all over the room and eventually dies under the bed or somewhere in the corners.

It goes in the corner, but of course you can't compare it with hand-held vacuum. Nevertheless it does job. It little bit noisy, but my automation schedule runs when I'm away from home.
