There is an app available that will control the vacuum from your device. Was pretty impressed with this vacuum. It cleans both floors and carpet. Relatively quiet. Is able to identify and move around obstacles. It does have a hard time with area rugs though. It goes back to its home to recharge about every 20 minutes. It does not pick up specks of paper but does seem to a decent enough job with dirt though. The dust cup is easy to empty and the filter is washable. Able to set it automatically vacuum every day which I thinks is really cool. The only negative about this vacuum is that it will get caught up on area rugs about every time.
