Great Vaccum, gets lost sometimes but does a great job cleaning up after 2 toddlers

Best Robot Vacuum for the cost. I never worry about it getting lost and dying somewhere. With multiple suction level it can clean 100% of the cleanable area. I have to equivalent value Roomba as well. If I could I would return it. It never makes it home and the random path it takes covers about 50% - 60% of the cleanable area.

I got this free when I purchased a Samsung refrigerator. I was underwhelmed. It doesn't seem to pick up very well. Also, we have carpeted bedrooms and the carpet fibers clog the small crooked tubes terribly. I also have to go looking for it pretty regularly because it loses its way. I will be purchasing another robot vacuum in the future, but not this one.

This unit is a little larger: therefore, does not get into tighter places. I like it because it gets the carpet cleaner and is more like the stand up vacuum cleaners.

This thing is awesome. We have 2 dogs and a newborn baby which is what prompted the purchase. It’s programed to run in the middle of the night and manages to find its way around anything that might be left out.It took a few nights for it to get the layout of our house but now everymorning we wake up to a freshly vacuumed house. It’s great for upkeep in a busy household.

Can't believe out this vacuum picks up. Requires babysitting until you figure it out.

The convenience factor is diminished by its small capacity and we find that the dog hair gets stuck before making it into the canister

It did a pretty bad job cleaning. It did not enter two rooms that are well lit. It does not seem to pick up anything off the floor. After three runs, the bin is just as empty as it was before I started. The floor looks the exact same as it did before I started the jobs. It seems like it doesn’t even try to clean on carpet.

I just let this device go and it cleans the floor without any help from me!

This sweeper works well. I got it free with my appliance set purchase for Black Friday. I have only previously owned Neato botvacs in the past. This is a good alternative.

So far, not impressed. It gets stuck constantly, will get itself under tables/chairs, around corners, etc, and can't find its way back out. Also seems to never find its way back 'home' - it will get 1/4" off, back up, then enter into the same place 1/4" off, and repeat over and over and over until we turn it off, pick it up, and place it on its home base. Expected a lot better from a Samsung device.

The robot gets hung up on corners of area rugs not good unsure if I can program it not to hit the area rugs

Great vacuum with no effort. Easy to care. I love it

I used to have the Hoover Rogue and after being a disappointment, I had low expectations for floor vacuums in general. This one exceeds my expectation. The phone app is easy to set but i have yet to use it with Alexa. So far, this vacuum has not gotten lost, hasn't fallen down the stairs and is quieter than our previous vacuum. No cons that I have seen so far.

Keeps the house very clean without scuffing furniture like other robot vacs. My only problem with the vacuum is its inability to find the home base when it needs to recharge. I get a message almost every day saying the vacuum failed to find the home base for recharging, and come home to find it on the opposite end of the house. My house is only 1,000 sqft, so it shouldn't have any trouble finding the base. This would be an amazing vacuum if Samsung would build some kind of beacon into the charger.
