It’s was defective, unfortunately they did not have the same model in stock. What I enjoyed about this model was its shape and the fact that the suction was on the edge instead of the middle. I feel this vacuum overall was one of the best on the market but very noisy.

This one would only run for about 20 minutes then need to charge. Also the charging dock is poorly designed...sometimes it takes 4-6 tries to just dock. Also this unit does not like stairs...it fell down once..the Neato near has. So I returned is and got another Neato.

Battery lasts a long time, suction is great. We have mostly hardwoods but also a little carpet and it does great on both surfaces. After a few times of running it “learned” our house. It has yet to get high centered or stuck so really no complaints at this time.

Really good at picking up dog hair, which was my primary problem. Have seen some reviews that it doesn't work well on dark floors however my floors are pretty dark and have had any problems. Also, really enjoy being able to have my Alexa device vacuum the floor for me :-)

The Samsung seems to struggle more in finding a good cleaning path. Neither one has a mapper but the Deebot seems more efficient in its travel. Also, the Sammy has a shorter cleaning cycle than the Deebot meaning less trips across the floor. The Deebot is a better value.
