I wouldn’t rate it 5 star as there’re better products in the market but this is a good value for price you pay.

The product cleans great but the programming and always getting stuck gets old.

No barrier strips, poor battery life. Did seem to vacuum ok

Even though it's not much useful but it's good to have to do some basic cleaning. Does not work in rugs.

While It took itself a while to find its home charging station it eventually did. It does work well though.

Good thing it doesn't suck at sweeping. Works well and finds its way around the house learning the best paths as it goes.

My first Powerbot stopped working after a week because it was reporting a bumper sensor error, Best Buy exchanged it for another one, thankfully. I've had the second one for about 2 months now, it does alright. The washable filter has to be cleaned every 3 - 5 usages, or there will be a big loss of suction causing pet hair to get stuck while being pulled in to the dust bin causing the air pathways to clog. Samsung advertises that it works with Alexa. Alexa recognizes the device, but you can only "turn on" or "turn off" the device. The "turn on" command doesn't start a cleaning routine or even make the vacuum move, it just makes the device beep -- Alexa integration is non existant. You can't tell Alexa to make it start cleaning, it won't work. The Powerbot does help with dog hair, but the dustbin has to be emptied after almost each use. I've bought an additional washable filter for it, so I can always keep one clean since it has to be cleaned so frequently for the device to function properly. I'll buy another brand next time.

does a good job of cleaning and setting up its pattern. only complaint it is a little too loud

I purchased a Roomba about 5 years ago and was disappointed, so I returned it. This was another attempt hoping that the technology had improved, and it has. However, it still didn't do a good enough job considering it took about 3 runs to clean 1200 sq feet and I can vacuum that in 10 minutes and do a better job. It was fun to watch and does a 75% job. I just couldn't justify the $400+ price tag.

The only issue I have is that it has problems getting to the charging station.

Replaced an older product that had systemic product defects and would no longer contact the charger. This was recommended by the sales associate and we haven't looked back. This vacuum works and works well. Extremely happy with this purchase.

The Samsung Powerbot works great! I love the remote control. The directions were easy to read and the set up took no time at all. Friends were over the first night we used it and they all were impressed. And they were also impressed with the price. I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

The product is good however in comparison to other robot vacuums in the market the functionality is not good.

This robotic vacuum is wonderful. It cleans the carpeting as well as my Hoover canister ever did. I love that if the battery runs low, it goes back to the charger on its own and after recharged goes back to where it stopped and continues till it has finished.

This vacuum is slow and methodical and doesn’t hold a charge very long.

Recived as a free gift when purchasing a washer and dryer. Not sure what we think of it yet.

I bought this item for my mom. It cleans very well. She loves it.

This vacuum has been so inaccurate. It didn’t map out the rooms nor does it go in straight lines. It does not vacuum efficiently. It does pick up very well. It has a hard time at times to find the “home” charging base.
