Great vacuum... but wish that it would be able to clean closer to walls and corners.

was not able to reach a satisfactory level of usage with this robot. would not start automatically even after 3 consecutive days of resetting the timer. would start manually... and run until it ran out of electricity without ever returning to it's base to recharge. more trouble than it's worth

I have this on a daily schedule and it runs flawlessly. After the robot is done, I get an update on the app showing a map of the vacuumed area. It had zero problems navigating transitions between flooring surfaces and is doing an amazing job keeping the floors clean.

This is probably the best cleaning robot I've had. I've owned three irobot and to be honest they wheren't as good. This seems to have more suction power and the scheduling and map features are great. Not to mention being able to control from your cellphone or Alexa. Good buy.

Once removed from the box, this thing is huge. Set up is fairly easy. The on board camera does a good job of mapping the room. Suction power however is another story. Very powerful , but I will still keep my upright. The charge isn't very long, and if you have stairs in your home then beware, it might take a tumble. The app just needs to be totally retooled because its iffy at best. Crashes alot, and customer support is not that great either

I thought this would be a great addition to the many Samsung products I already own. We have TVs, Phones, and DVD players. All are easy to use and work very well. This is not the case with the vacuum. We have had this vacuum for over a month and it has been nothing but a headache. No matter how often we program the vacuum it always resets and then runs in the middle of the night or whenever it chooses. The slightest item, such as a small furry cat toy mouse, will cause this unit to shut down and start to beep. Lastly, it has never once found it's way back to the charging station. We have to carry it back every time. My opinion, Samsung should stick to TVs and Phones. We got almost 6 years out of our Roomba vacuum with rarely a problem. Looks I have to go back to that brand.

This vacuum is doing what it was advertised todo. I put it in our bedroom and let it go, it goes under the bed (a place that normally doesn't get vacuumed ) It goes under nightstands. We haven't had a problem. We would recommend this product.

I purchased this vacuum because the description on Samsung's website said you can view the mapping of your home after the vacuum has cleaned your floors. Also was stated on the box when I went to purchase it. Got home and connected vacuum through the Samsung app and no maps. Called Samsung customer support and they said this feature is not supported with this model. Then why is it in the vacuum description. Highly disappointed! Also the vacuum runs out of steam in about 45 minutes. Not even enough to finish my downstairs. Rams into walls and suction isn't all that great. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Just AWESOME!! How this thing knows where it left off still amazes me. The fact that it shuts down when it knows there is no juice left and makes it to home base is crazy! Love this thing!! Wake up in the morning and the floor has lines and is clean, AMAZING!

Works well, does not have map floor plan option, nor can you limit space with magnet strip

The only disadvantage I found is it may scratch your floor if there are some sharp items

We have LVT floors and 2 dogs. This has been a timesaver. We are cautious with cables and items on the floor so we haven’t had any damage. Volume can be described as a hairdryer in the next room. You hear it but it isn’t that loud. Highly recommend.

I am not happy with this product at all. I've had it for less than 4 months and its already giving me issues. I'm not sure if i received a defective product or what. With a full charge it will just randomly shut off in the middle of cleaning. I have to manually shut it off and turn it back on to reset it. I am always getting error messages on my phone about placing it on an even surface when charging. The charging dock sits perfectly even on my wood floors. With a full charge the batter does not last any longer than 10 mins. Extremely disappointed. I cant even return it because its past the return date. I should have have just spend the extra money and got the Roomba.

Wow! We love this Robot vacuum. We were on the edge about purchasing a robotic vacuum but it has been a time saver for our family. I would love to give these away as gift to all my family members - maybe next Christmas :-)

My wife loves it, does its job. Nice to be able to start the vacuum from an app.

The vacuum does a great job of covering the house. If it runs out of battery it will go back to recharge and pick up where it left off. There are better vacuums in the market, but they cost over twice as much.

The unit is a little noisy when operating, but it does a nice job of cleaning.
