Cannot schedule a cleaning because the app does not Work properly. The vacuum when running is all over the place and just cleans the same spot continuously. We have returned it and purchased another brand.

I bought this only to find out that you cannot use it on dark floors (why, I don’t know). I tried it even though my floors are a dark grey only to then find out it will not go up and over my area rugs. I am sorry but who wants to pick up all their area rugs when they also need cleaning. Disappointing.

It’s the Jetsons vacuum and works flawlessly across multiple surface.

This vac is great for our home. I still have not used any of the programming features but as a vac it works great. I already have a eufy vac that works ok but the samsung has it beat. It's wider and picks up great.

Picks up dog hair well, a little loud though. I would recommend!

I have a roomba 800 series and an eufy 11s. The eufy goes on rugs and the Roomba doesn't go on my thicker rug. I bought this cause I thought it would be better with rugs. It didn't go on a single rug without folding it over. I returned it the next day.

Got this as a freebee with my appliances. Works great but if you set it up for when your not home you better make sure everything is picked up and your dog is potty trained. Thank God for hardwood floors, not carpet

Got it free when we bought the flex washer/dryer combo. Works great, but must say that since we have dogs we use it as a supplemental vacuum, otherwise the dust compartment would fill up really quick with hair.

We love the vacuum. My wife has wanted one for a long time. We finally got one and our daughter hates it. She calls it the Monster. She will not touch the floor when it runs, But it does an awesome job. and its entertaining.

This vacuum was part of a Samsung reward when I bought all new appliances. I have charged it up and tried it a few times but my opinion of this one and probably all others is that I could vacuum the whole house in 10% of the time this gadget wanders around.

Having this vacuum saves so much time. It might only get a little bit each round, but running it everyday saves so much time. Keeps up dog hair and navigates very well. Sometimes it won't find the dock.

Does a good job, but does not replace a regular vacuum.

So I will go ahead and get my issues with the vacuum out of the way. The app is down right annoying. I had to use Google Play comments on the app in order to figure out how to set it up. That is not right to Samsung customers, and even their "technical support" could not figure this out. Thumbs down on Samsung support and their broken app. You have to disable mobile data on your phone in order to setup the app with the sweeper. There is my rant. The sweeper works really well with the included remote and the whole thing looks professional. It picks up really nicely. Not the best that I've ever seen, but darn close. It's path finding is good. It didn't do perfectly so keep consider using the remote for what it misses, but it'll do 90% of the job and I'm pretty happy with that. The thing that makes me really like this vacuum is that it is by far the most silent that I've ever seen. It barely bothers my cats and you can certainly watch TV and do normal activities while it does it's thing. With the app, ugh, you can even set up schedules for when it runs and that is fantastic. It downright makes sweeping no longer a chore and frees up time. The product is pretty good and can continue to be improved on.
