This Vacuum is not ready for market. I purchased two models, the R 7065 and the R7040, based on positive reviews, one for upstairs and one for downstairs in my home. I should note that I have hardwood flooring on both levels of my home, and no pets. Both vacuums failed within 90 days, with the plastic yellow brush retaining clips breaking off both units. In addition, both units run out of power before they finish vacuuming, and instead of returning to base to re charge, they both just die in the middle of the floor. As others have stated, the Samsung "Smart Things" App is beyond bad, almost worthless. You can google other reviews, but needless to say I think it is just awful. There have numerous other error codes for both units, and when I contacted Samsung, I was told that under the manufacturer's warranty, that I would have to box them up and send them- AT MY OWN EXPENSE - to Samsung in New Jersey for repairs, and they would ship them back to me in 8 to 10 weeks. So, here I am, having spent 800.00 on two robot vacs, only to have them fail within 3 months. The Samsung customer service rep told me over the phone that "They are aware of minor issues with these units". Final resolution - both Samsung robot vacs got taken to the electronics recycle center, and I purchased two new iRobot Roomba i7 vacs. The Roomba cost almost twice as much, but they have proven to work perfectly so far.

We received this during the holidays after purchasing our appliances and I will say it has been the absolute BEST incentive we have received! It really is a lifesaver in the new home!

This vacuum works really well and is a time saver not having to do it manually. Once I got it programed for the house it took over and has been doing a great every since.

This is the best purchase I have made in a while. I love that I can control it either with the remote or the Smart Things app on my phone.

This is a very busy helper. Very reliable. Runs at least two times everyday. Gotta buy one for our basement.

I used to have a Bobbie robot vacuum, but it was just okay. This new Samsung unit, however, is amazing and smart! Does the job and does it well!!

We bought this for my mom for Christmas. Health problems were making it hard to vacuum so this was the answer. She loves it! Works great!

Constantly the vacuum has problem to work with the app and the Google home assistance. The vacuum works great but without the smart integration, Is not the best option for me.

First robot vacuum purchase and I love it! Just tell the kids if you leave your toys out the robot will eat them!! I have never seen kids move so fast!

Bought it to replace an old ogby. So far, it works well and very powerful. A little bit expensive compared to other brands.

This vacuum doesn't follow a directional pattern to ensure full area coverage. It just randomly roams around the room and misses huge areas of the floor.

I have experienced 2!prher different and this is by far better, more silent, good cleaning and automatically return to base when battery runs out

Given as a gift. My brother and his wife love it because the dog they have sheds. No issues.
