Decided to try their newer lower profile vacuum. I liked the lower profile; however, found it was more erratic in its vacuuming than my older one and really ran into stuff as it tried to get really close to clean. Run time was pitiful with a long charge time; impractical for our house. Ended up with a Neato D7 model. (Will miss the washable filter on the Samsung.) The larger Samsung may be okay.

The Samsung had problems negotiating different length throw rugs, would become confused in a room and wander around the same spot for 10-15 minutes and sometime it would not complete a room after recharging or would just stop and not even go back to the charger. It looked and sounded great so I thought I'd replace my 1st gen Neato XV-11 but it wasn't even as good as that.
