Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second one that the brush and plastic front piece melts, first one less than a yr. traded it in and the second one did the same thing, we called samsung and sent it back to them week later we got it back and they did nothing they wrote can't duplicate problem, we even sent pictures of the pieces melted, going to trade this in for something different, very disappointed in the service you can see the brush with black tips of something melted on it
