A must have. its a very good self automated device that vacuums evryday for you and you have map your place just once.

We love our chomps and so does our granddaughter. It does our floors so we can focus our time on other tasks

I give this an average rating. The robot battery life is shorter than other robot vacuums we have in our home.

impossible to connect to samsung app. And their support is almost non-existent about connectivity. Definitely needs more work to finesse the flawless connection.

Worked good at first but not for very long. Def not worth the money for the short term usage.

This is the second one that the brush and plastic front piece melts, first one less than a yr. traded it in and the second one did the same thing, we called samsung and sent it back to them week later we got it back and they did nothing they wrote can't duplicate problem, we even sent pictures of the pieces melted, going to trade this in for something different, very disappointed in the service you can see the brush with black tips of something melted on it

But this thing is great! It doesnt do a deep pile area rug, and gets stuck on occasion-but overall is great.

The feeling that you get when you said to Alexa "tell Samsung to turn on robot vacuum" is priceless. Highly recommended.

I donot know how I've lived without a robot vacuum, great for my tile floors, wifi great, works with google home

This is my second Samsung Powerbot and I love them. I have tried other brands and always go back to Samsung.

this vacuum is amazing. the only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because I feel they should have at least included something to block it from areas. they have something you can buy separate which is fine if you have more areas to block that the directions state as boundary markers. but I cant seem to find them anywhere on there site. the app is not the best either. better off just using the remote. also if using the remote and manually vacuuming it does not have a reverse and it does not seem to slow down as much if come to objects. would be nice if it would either back off if you go into an object or have a reverse. what I do is just hit the return button if I am stuck and then resume when it clears. so for those I take a star. I do not have stairs so I lack how it handles stairs without their boundary markers. as far as the vacuum goes though, I love it. it has a lot of futures that you can select from. you can even manually vacuum your self with the remote. as I said, no reverse so just hit return to dock button and once it backs out of spot can resume. but can be fun to just sit and control it. has a timer so you can set it to vacuum at times. has a few section powers and it seems to do a great job picking up. it goes around the house a couple times. the first time is a bit more random and not so smart. I assume its verifying the area and obstacles etc. then it will go around a second time (may charge first). the second time seems more smarter. I have a spot that it gets got at for a bit on its first run around and then its follow up it gets around the spot with no issues. the vacuum is not completely quiet but not to loud either. so that is nice. have had it clean at night and close our bedroom doors and you can slightly hear it when its close but not enough that it wakes you up. kids and wife love it and kids love to clean up so they can have it clean. most of the areas I don't have it clean have doors to close so not an issue. my kitchen and dinning room are the only areas that are linked to my living room. lucky for me I have a smaller pathway so for now I have a tool box I place on one side and the wall on the other and a board across to keep it from going in that area. so far we have not had issues with it docking other then it may take it a minute to get there. we have something on one side that it will go next to at times and has to slowly work its way around. its a great addition especially if you are having guest come over and busy with other things. as long as area is clean just let it vacuum for you and you can clean the bathroom, cook, etc. or just get everything else done and sit and relax while it vacuums for you. I don't have alexis or whatever house app but it says it can work with that as well. so once set up you can even just tell alexis to vacuum. for the price I would recommend it. small home or big home.

Vacuum works great. A bit loud to be running it while you are watching TV but works wonders while you sleep.

This is the first one we bought and have been glad we did. Works good for dog hair
