Cool idea, poor performing

Positives are that this model comes with a cool remote that you can spot clean with, and does an excellent job of navigation. The negative is this vacuum was unable to make the laminate to high rug transition I needed it to make. When using the remote it could make this transition but left to run on its own it couldn't.

Cannot go between our oversized bar stools and would get stuck repeatedly on our rug in living room. Would take all day just to go thru our house. We returned it and tried next model up but returned it as well. now considering dyson cordless for the quick kitchen cleanup and rest of hard floor area.
