    I own many Samsung products and have been very happy with their performance. Until I purchased a robot vacuum. The firsts one broke down within a week and I exchanged it at the store. The new one worked great for six months and then the nightmare. I sent it in for service and they replaced the brush motor. On first attempt of use, it ran about five minutes and stopped with a new error. I returned for repair. Samsung sent it back saying they could not find an issue. On first run attempt it ran for about five minutes and repeated the same error. I return to Samsung for repair including a video showing failure. It is now late April and the first repair attempt was in February. Samsung refuses to repair the sweeper and will not return the broken one. There is no connection in Samsung's customer service to its exchange/replace department. No way to contact exchange/replace department for help since customer service cannot do anything. In other words no way to resolve issues if you get into an unusual situation which apparently I'm in. BE WARNED! If you do purchase this vacuum or any Samsung product, I suggest you buy as many years of Best Buy coverage as you can as Samsung warranty and customer service is worthless.

    Dead. Killer on the loose.

    Have had this vacuum for just over a year, right outside the warranty range. It has operated decently, except for the well known klunky app, and pet hair doesn't seem to actually get through the vacuum to the recepticle. It gets caught in the pass through and compresses into a hair ball. All of a sudden one day it just stopped dead in its tracks. Everything - display, motor, sweeper - everything shut down. I have no idea what to do and have found no solutions, nor has Samsung, BestBuy offered any actual help except to say "we're sorry but you're outside your warranty".

    Has never worked. Does not pick up anything at all. I don't know what's wrong with this thing but it doesn't pick up anything at all. I got it at a discount when I bought my fridge so I'm not willing to waste money to get it fixed but I expect a new vacuum to work regardless of how much it costs. Apparently that's not the case. Luckily I have an IRobot that works perfectly.

    I've had this vacuum for almost a year. I've already sent it to Samsung twice for repair, and I've just filed my 3rd claim (IN ONE YEAR!!) to send back to Samsung again! Do not recommend. Go with another brand. This is piece of junk is so disappointing.
