No better than my 9 I was replacing. Bought on website used. Return policy was not clear. Good thing the store honored it but I still had to pay a 45 restocking fee for a detective phone.

Refurbished Galaxy S21

However you cannot tell that it has been refurbished and is in excellent condition. So far i have had no issues at all! Would definitely recommend the refurbished phines if you are working within a budget.

My refurbished phone

But that can be understandable sense it is refurbished. Other than that i have no complaints whatsover, more over im happy it came with a charger and a plug in and the phone was fully charged, very nice for a refurbished phone.
