For being a refurbished phone i am very pleased. Its fast with a lot of storage i have yet to need an SD card. Photo quality is amazing as well.

I was nervous getting a pre-owned phone but was shocked tht it looked brand new and has only a tiny scratch on it but its so small you cant see it unless you are searching with a magnifying glass. Overall im happy with it since it was a gift for a child. Im so glad i went through Best Buy than any others.

Battery badly and not working at all.I purchases this at best buy after months the Camera stops working and Go to the store they said it factory problem. Called Samsung they sent me to ubreakifix I spend $69,to fixes it month later Camera failed again. I always bought Samsung but not anymore.

Whenever I want to shop, I find Best Buy the most suitable for that. Everything is guaranteed and the treatment is good and comfortable. I look forward to visiting them every time.

its working good. sometimes the screen freezes. but nothing major. the battery does last . i love rhe Camara and some features that is has i haven't really played with it much . but i like it..

First off, this phone arrived 2 days ahead of schedule, which was great! Next, the phone looks like it's brand new! There is only 1 blemish on it and that is where you plug the charging cable to it. No big deal. This phone is slick so you will need a case for it. I almost dropped it twice trying to pick it up. I love the wifi 6 (e) as this makes for a very speedy phone. I haven't tried the camera yet, as I really have very little use for it. Audio for talking and music can be made pretty loud, so you will have no problem with hearing the other side speaking to you. My only real dislike is that I have to see the Verizon splash screen at bootup. I am not on Verizon. This phone has a ton of features that I have not tried as of yet. I will update this if anything bad happens. I've only had this for less than 24 hours, but at this time, I would highly recommend this phone.

Great price great phone.i have been best buy customer for last 10 years its been beautiful experience.

The phone itself is great, the picture and camera wonderful. After 5 years decided to upgrade from S10e to S21 ultra. I had signal everywhere, never skipped, never lagged. But this S21 seems to continuously lose signal and goes into roaming so many times. Strongly considering just going back to S10 if i cant figure out why signal keeps dropping. I dont even know if this review will post.
