But they still are not bad if you turn the bass down a bit.

The software is awful and Samsung was absolutely NO help whatsoever. Samsung rep has little to no knowledge of their products or how they interact with each other.

Even as a highly discounted product the sound quality is poor, and not worth it. A great 360° speaker is the Bose Resolve+, it's smaller in size but packs more sound, clarity, and bass than this speaker could ever produce. Definitely not worth it, but I will say I love the design and cool things like the touch button inputs; if Samsung put the same effort into the sound just as they did the design, this product would be unstoppable.
