I like these. They are comfortable. Just have to get adjusted to them being sensitive and will hang up call when you are trying to adjust them. Sometimes they do not stay in your ear and will not stay connected if they fall out, or if you touch them the wrong way. You will have to place them back in the case. The battery doesn't ;ast a long time, but I still like them. Hopefully their will be an update to correct these things.

These are incredible! The noise canceling is great I use them whennI travel and works like a charm. battery last a lot and charge super fast.

They did not fit properly in my ears. They would easily fall out if I opened my mouth, slightly shook my head or bent over. This is the only reason why I gave it a 3 star rating. Also, I was afraid I would lose them. Otherwise, sound quality was excellent and pairing them to my Samsung Galaxy S8+ was easy.

Got them for my wife. Loves them. Great battery life and pretty comfortable

The ear bud are the best! I have tried all kinds...finally found a set that is really comfortable and the sound is very clear.

The sound quality is good, but these "pro" buds have an extra bulge near the earpiece that make them fall out of my ears almost constantly. Other Samsung buds don't have this bulge. It's in such a weird spot - even when I *very carefully* put the buds in, exactly following instructions so they finally *feel* secure, a few head turns later I find they pop right out. I had to return them.

These earbuds are amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. Sound is top notch, with an EQ system found in the Galaxy Wearables app. Once paired, they work seamlessly with your Samsung phone. I was a bit hesitant because I bought these specifically for working out, and they did not budge once! I even shook and shaked my head like a fool to see if they would fly out and they stayed in place. Touch controls are responsive and react accordingly, so if your intent is to raise volume, it does that instead of skipping forward or backwards. Very happy with this purchase!

Got this as a gift for my brother and he loves, noise cancelling is great and battery life is good, and from what he says they're really comfortable and he said they're 5 stars.

This only comes with one size rubber tips unlike the buds plus. Sound good but half the batter life of the buds plus.

Great sound. Battery life is very good. Only con is no additional silicone ear tips for differnt sizes were include. Have to purchase separately

Great buds. I can see where they may not fit all ears. My husband tried them and didn't find them comfortable but I did. Great sounds and I love how you can use either bud.

They sound great. Only complaint is the controls on the earbud are in an inconvenient spot.

I struggle to hear. Blue tooth is my best bet while using a phone. I bought these to replace my lost galaxy buds. These actually startled me when I had them on. The noise cancelling was active without music playing. When I started the car and drove off I noticed my tinnitus was virtually gone. It was shocking. I have used otherwise cancelling phones that were not as noticeable help as these. The incident inspired me to seek more help. I am going to try hearing aids.
