I had the jaybirds previously and was looking for a replacement. These were a great upgrade. Comfortable fit, great features and works well with phone.

First pair i bought was broken. Second pair works great. Sound quality is okay.

My husband got it for me for Mothers day and well I'm in love with it now I can talk to family while driving because my car does not have bluethooth and easy to use.

While the sound quality is great (as expected from Samsung), the rubber tips are awful! They constantly come off and get stuck in your ears; you need a hemostat to get them out! Poor design on Samsung's part. My family owns quite a few different models of the Samsung earbuds and these are by far inferior to the others.

Amazing sound, great price, seems to last forever on battery.

I love the fit and the comfort of these galaxy buds pro. They are inconspicuous and I used it in highly crowded places like Africa. I was surprised at the quality of the microphone. One thing I didn't like was when I lost one of the ear pieces I could not update the other one. Also you cannot buy one ear piece as a replacement for the lost one.

Battery life is good sound is good and overall I'm pleased with them

Good sound, don't fit my ears good therefore they don't fit snuggly and tend to fall out. When you try to adjust it drops your call. Very hard to tap to forward song.

They sound great. But they get loose and fell down. They dont stay in my ear. If they have a better fit then that would be great and i would give it a five star too if it stays in ear.

They're good but the bulkier design from the buds plus make them fall out my ears more often than I'd like. Design wise they're beautiful and the sound is amazing.

These head phones sound great and work great! Ill be returni g them because they prutrude to far from my ears for my helmet. But other then that i do recommend these head phones for music loves who what reliability and great sound!

Ran into an issue with them when using these with an iPhone. The left earbud would make a very faint beep noise constantly and even removing the earbud and putting it back on wouldn’t resolve this issue. Tried favoring resetting the earbuds but the problem continued. Retuned these and got AirPods Pro.

These are way better than AirPods for sure nice sound and good bass

I use these everyday at work! they are amazing! i love that i can have them in one ear and turn on the ambient sound and still hear everything around me
