Give up on true wireless

I tried two different pairs of these and had the same results both times. The left bud kept cutting out. If I sat still both worked fine. Not good for the gym. Went back to buds with a wire connecting them and they worked fine.

Customer service for Samsung has to be the worst I have ever had to deal with in my life, that alone makes them not worth it.
