They were in store and customer service was excellent. Haven't had any problems with the ear buds. Would purchase again from Samsung since there's been no disappointments yet.

No matter what ear tips you use it doesn't fit comfortably in your ear. If you use them when exercising they will slip out of your ear especially when you start sweating. The only reason i purchased these is because i lost my original galaxy buds, but have since found them and will be using those from now on. They fit waaaaaay better and the sound quality is waaaaay better.
