Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch4 may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For instance, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and the Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Check out, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" and "Keep your Samsung smart watch running in top shape" for some great tips on how you can get the most out of your Galaxy Watch4's battery.
