Once thing that I hate the most is that it take long time to startup and if you forget to unlock, it dies within an hour as it keeps draining battery.

Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Check out the articles titled, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" and "Keep your Samsung smart watch running in top shape" for some great tips on getting the most out of your Galaxy Watch4's battery. Some days it barely lasts a day. I can go to bed with it at 50%, put it on bedtime mode and by 3am it's dead. Some days its still has life in the morning. Honestly, the battery is work than the note 20+. Also, not as comfortable as my fitbit was. May return it for something else.
