So obviously it was a huge upgrade. All in all, it does the job well. Most notifications show up, I can take calls and pictures using the watch, it counts my steps pretty well.

I don't use a lot of the features, just to tell time and hang up on spam calls so I don't have to run to my phone.

Your Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. I can clearly answer my phone through my watch without taking my phone out of my purse. I can hear and be heard clearly

She has easily learned to keep this charged and read her statistics. I would say her favorite part is the sleep monitoring.
