I upgraded to this watch when it came out from the original Galaxy Watch. I had high hopes for this watch as it was the second one from Samsung using WearOS. Well, there are many good things about it, like the beautiful screen and body, great fitness tracking, and having Google service capability. The problem is, too many things are just worse than the 4-year-old Galaxy Watch. Firstly, the battery life. This watch very comfortably hits a day, I could easily get a day and a half of battery life, but the Galaxy Watch could easily hit 2 days, 4 YEARS after it came out. On top of that, the screen is so dim in the daylight, and the Always On Display is always so much dimmer than when the screen is "active". It's really frustrating. Overall, I don't regret my purchase, but I thought it would be better.

It has exceeded my expectations. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 has done everything as advertised and more.

I upgraded from a from a fit active 2 to to this and i love it more features then the fit active 2

To start, I was a daily user and loved the amazon Halo. When they discontinued the amazon Halo I immediately baught this for a number of reasons. Mainly its subscription price partnered with its health data functionality. If you are a Samsung user this is a must, it has good fitness tracking and honesty functions as its own phone. You can sure the web and use apps that are available on the phone. As a fitness tracker, i dont know what it is missing. It has it all.

Love my new watch. And love how Best Buy team member help me set i up. On my phone and walked through it with me.

It's got everything you need in a smart watch. Sleep, body comp, plenty of app availability.

I love it. Loads of features. Tons of faces to download. Use it daily for keeping me on track for walking.

Replaced a Active2 due to battery life and disappointed screen size of 40mm. So far this watch5 has 5 stars and hoping to get better battery life.

Does it all. Battery gives me about 2 days. The screen is sharp and clear. No complaints whatsoever.

Samsung die-hard here. My second galaxy watch. So much better! Battery charges while im in the shower.

I bought this as a give for a good friend as I have the watch 4. I'm so impressed I'm honestly considering trading mine in and upgrading to this.

This watch is great. I was shopping for a new Galaxy Watch and wanted better battery life. I saw all the complaints about the Watch 4 so I decided to go with the Watch 5. I get about 3 days on power-saving mode and that's with my exercise included.

Great watch love it! Easily customizable battery time is outstanding as well!
