Let me start off and say I bought this watch from Samsung website. Not from Best Buy. But Samsung's website would not allow me to leave a review... I have worn the watch since the 27th of this month. Battery life started off 1 day 17 hours now it's only 1 day 16 hours. It says on Samsung's site that it's 3 - 4 It does not specify days hours months whatever. My Samsung watch classic 4 has a battery life of 2 days And 2 hours. All specifications of this device say that it is and has more battery power and life but that's not the case. This is normal use not on battery saving mode. The only thing that is turned on is the Bluetooth. Location GPS all that stuff is turned off. As you will tell in the picture.

This is probably the best watch I have ever owned? It is sleek, durable, and keeps accurate accounts of my workouts! Samsung has out done themselves this time! What are you waiting on? Get this card!

Nice watch but the I have to charge the watch everyday, it drains fast if you have a lot applications in your phone

I like the big watchface. I can read in the sunlight. I have afib so I like to get as close a pulse reading as possible. Sometimes it's way off and I get nervous. otherwise it works fine I get my calls and texts and can answer them on watch.

I have been an apple user and samsung user. I find this watch does most everything my apple watch would do. Plue it has google assistantxand search on it.

Very happy with this! I can't wait to get a bunch of camping and backpacking in with it!

It has a lot of features. I use the talk to text and phone features. Wish it had the bezel.

does all the things I wanted it for. glad it was on sale.

Great style, works perfectly with a Samsung phone. Only negative is the battery doesn’t last more than 36 hours!

Watch is great the bands suck. If you have a thick wrist you'll need different bands. I just bought the supcase band and it fits perfectly. Amazon has the band.

I think this product would be perfect if they added back the bezel, and weirdly I'd like it to have a better speaker so I can play radio out of it and pretend I have a pip boy.

I purchased this product as open box excellant. I recieved a damaged watch with a frozen button, scratched bezel and no chaging cable. Reguardless I needed the device and tried to activate it on the Verizon network. After over a week of trying I believe the lte radio is damaged as well. Bestbuy total tech was literally no help at all and I will purchase the next watch elsewhere.
