I have had my watch about a month now and i love it. I am a PE teacher and i get a kick out of seeing how many steps i take a day. Heart rate monitor, EKG reading, changing the watch faces, taking phone calls on watch, reading my text messages are all cool features. Plus, the watch has style and looks great on my wrist. I look forward to buying more bands and sprucing it up a little.

5 stars hands down the best a smart watch i have owned. Love the size.

the salesperson didn't know the product. It was a man's watch, too big for me & it just flopped around on my wrist. I returned it the very next day.

Too large for small framed woman. When returned to Merrillville, In. Mgr. was rude said I was just being picky WALKED AWAY from me.

Updated my older smartwatch with the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. An incredible difference. Most are good upgrades but had problems transferring data from old to new. Thankfully we have TotalTech and the support person worked with us for almost an hour getting everything straight. Thanks to the agent and TotalTech for their help.

I had worn a Samsung watch a few years ago and liked it ok. I was a little hesitant to purchase this one since I did not use my previous smartwatch to its fullest capability, but I have loved the Galaxy Watch5 Pro and use it every day.

Useless. A watch, but I could not see the time outside, even with the intensity turned up all the way. Basically broken, of no use to me. So I took it back, they were all nice, even when I told them it was useless to me. NO MENTION OF A RESTOCKING FEE, UNTIL I SAW MY STATEMENT! $48 restocking fee, for a broken item. I am done with BestBuy, unless they refund that fee.

Not worthy and the best buy is selling refurbished products as openbox excellent product and with restocking fee of $45, if we return the product. The product is used product.

The review is more about Best Buy then the watch itself. The watch's battery runs out after 3-4 hours, which may be a defective unit. I've started using the watch some 10 days after I bought and when I realized the issues it has I tried to return it but the Best Buy closes return window after 2 weeks! You just lost a customer, BestBuy. Good buy and good riddance.

Bought open box in excellent condition when i arrived twice the product was in fair condition at best the second time i purchased it the watch didnt even come a charger. When you try to talk someone all you get is a.i.

The watch is beautiful. It is fun to change the face and customize it (I had even been able to use my doggie's photo). However, the band is impossible to keep snug and three days after I received the watch it fell off and I lost it. My winter coat sleeve did not alert me to the loosening or drop and my Best Buy Total Protection does not cover loss--so it was $429.99 gone...just like that. I didn't even have time to learn all its features, hence cannot decide on the star ratings below.

Amazing smart watch, people have different opinion, and I don't believe what we have on Youtube :). But this product is amazing.

Delivery was overly delayed, it was a gift for my mum who was visiting. I tried to cancel and buy it elsewhere and couldn’t despite being delayed over a week, support couldn’t do anything. Very frictional shopping experience, not recommended.

I wish I could use some of my old watch faces. Banged it on the garage door railing and nary a scratch.
