I feel like I had technical flaws like the battery didn't last very long, even so the store manager very kindly offered me opportunities and I managed to make a change. excellent attention, thank you.

It comes completely uncharged, and if you don't own a usb-C+ charging block - NOT A CABLE, BUT THE ACTUAL CHARGING BLOCK - then you'll never be able to charge this and turn it on until you make that additional purchase. I opted to just return it and continue living my life without obligatory purchases even after having spent $300 on the watch itself. Also, no one in the store said a word about this, in spite of the number of questions I asked, and letting them know that I was upgrading from a Galaxy S 3 watch - which came with a USB-A to usb micro block.
