It has more than met my expectations. It can keep track of many more activities than someone my age (77) ever need. The ability to access apps that are on my Galaxy phone is an added benefit. Highly recommend.

This watch helped me track all the important vital signs & sleep patterns to not only help me to get in healthier routines but also assist my healthcare team with my narcolepsy (& lack of exercise). I love that it reminds me to do something active AND it literally does everything else that my phone does. No need to carry the phone every where lol unfortunately for me, my sensitive skin reacted to it so i had to return it. Loved it too much though so I'm going to figure out a solution so i can buy it again!
