I should have read more reviews on the "steam" function on this dryer - it isn't an actual steam function - the clothes get absolutely soaked when you use it and don't actually get dry when it shuts off?? It's not exactly the feature that was described to me but I just won't use it, just an expensive add-on that is misleading. The other online reviews/complaints have all said they were told by Samsung you have to have the entire tub full for it to work properly, which totally defeats the purpose of touching up a wrinkled shirt - you might as well just wash it again! The actual dryer functions work great though - I would recommend it but without the steam function!

Great buy if you have the washer being thry go together with a staking kit. Though wish the cotrols were easier to use for shorter people. But has a savable preset you can setup so you can easily set it once and forget it. Push one button and poof you have the settings you want.

I love the color, different steam cycles and the rack for shoes. The difference between this one and the matching dryer for the 4.5 cubic foot is this one has a stainless steel drum which is supposed to be more durable and gentle on the clothes. Not sure how, but that's what I was told.

After shopping around for a new W/D set, this is easily the best dryer we have ever owned. The steam settings are great when you need to dewrinkle things and it has more than enough settings to choose from. The lint trap works really well too. Overall it's a great dryer and we are very happy

My wife absolutely loved this dryer. One note, when you measure to see if it fits, remember their is a 4 inch patruding duct work connection that comes right out of the back. It keeps the hose from collapsing. I had to cut a hole in the sheet rock to make it fit in our closet.

My husband and I recently purchased the Samsung high efficiency washer from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We are an older couple & also purchased the pedestal for it - very good choice!! We now compete over who will do the laundry !!

I have had this dryer for four months now and it is performing very well. This dryer has many features, including the steam cycles, to tailor dry various types of clothing at various temperatures. I purchased this dryer for its features and quality.

Got a great price on this stackable dryer. It was more expensive than my previous Samsung dryer. More settings and a better look with black stainless steel. It does not seem to dry as quickly as my previous one. Perhaps I need to play with the settings.

I am so happy with my new Samsung Dyer! It's perfect and I also love my Samsung Washer. My clothes come out so fresh and clean. I have done a lot of research and these got a lot of great reviews and I'm so happy I did my research before purchasing just anything.

When our old dryer decided to die on us, my husband went looking online and into the store. He found what we were looking for and at a great price. Still trying to learn all the controls on it. But it is easy to learn them all. Great drying and it was better then our old one.

I love my washer with add a garment feature so easy to use. I leave the front door and detergent door open to dry out washing machine after finishing laundry to prevent that musky smell. Works great

We bought this dryer about 2 weeks ago and we love it. The steam option makes it very handy especially if your someone that is always busy and doesn’t have time to iron much as it does get the wrinkles off the clothing.

I purchased this washer in early September 2016 and by December 1st, I've had two warranty service calls already. The first was for a horrible suplhur smell that permeated our clothes (and never came out of some of them!). Now it's leaking water out of the bottom of the washer door. I've followed all steps in the manual and even switched to powdered detergent (I've used liquid for years) and quit using liquid fabric softener. While my last front loader, a Whirlpool, had the usual mold problems, it never required a single service call. I did my research before purchasing this machine, both through Consumer Reports as well as customer reviews and this one came out tops. I don't know, maybe I got a lemon? But, I couldn't recommend this machine at this poiint.
