I used it until I received the replacement item without any issues. When I received the replacement I immediately had issues with the dryer shutting off after only a few minutes and leaving my clothes wet. I read the manual and nowhere did it give me any help on the dryer shutting off. I tried various settings without any change. It still shut off only after a few minutes. So I decided to return this particular item and the matching washer. The only other complaint would be the quality of the machine. Its very easy to scratch and dent. With a price tag of $999. for the dryer I would expect it to be made of better quality. I gave it two stars because best buy was great. It was just this set. My previous recalled washer was way better in quality..

Posted .Hi GizmoMum! I'm thrilled to see you like your dryer. Most of the cycles on a Samsung dryer are Sensor Dry cycles, meaning they will detect when the clothes are dry. A good option is to switch to a manual cycle, like Time Dry. The cycle runs for a set amount of time, and the moisture sensors are no longer an issue.
