Works amazingly well. I have never had any issue or complain.

A must have to pair with the front load washer. The settings are easy to use, and the clothes dry completely. I love the wrinkle free cycle which is an added bonus. I am glad to have purchased the pair, and laundry in my home has never been easier and more fun with the Samsung pair.

If you plan to stack these, this might not be the best choice. I am 6'3" and my wife is 5'10" and we both struggle to fully see the control panel of the dryer since it is stacked. The panel on both the washer and the dryer slant back at and angle which makes it more difficult to see when it's up top. Previously we had LG and those panels were both vertical making it easier to see. We are returning the Samsung washer and drying and choosing possibly GE since it has the large capacity but it's panel is vertical and not slanted back. The only other feature on here that is rather annoying is the chime/notification of a complete cycle. You can turn it off but it has to be done each time.

I love this set; the dryer is perfect and fast, I would purchase a Samsung dryer again

dryer works great when the rollers for the drum are not worn out. The rollers have been replaced at least twice over a few years. Wanted to see about a new drum but was told twice by repair techs that the drums usually come damaged so that wouldn't be good to order. Rollers warping again due to the warped drum but geek squad plan is now expired.

The dryer is easy to use, customizable which is great for the delicate items, even has a removable shelf to keep items from tumbling if desired. Love it!

Very good dryer, silent and good looking. Did not find yet how to use auto sensor for moisture.

My mom loves them and they are still in great condition.

This dryer started to make loud high pitch noise 10 days after the warranty expires. This is not acceptable with a dryer that costs 1k dollars. I would suggest people who is buying a dryer to stay away with this product.

This machine worked well in the beginning. The only complaint I had is that the door doesn't open very far. In a small room that is a problem to get around. Then the true nature of the machine came out. I've had it just over a year and it doesn't work any more. Funny how it just makes it past the warranty. I'll try to update after I pay someone to tell me what's wrong with it.

Do not buy if you are looking for WIFI. You have to spend even more money on an adapter. That was NOT clear, or mentioned from what I can tell. The adapters are terribly inconsistent. I had other options and chose this brand because it said it had WIFI. Well it doesn’t.
