The multiple options on dryer are nice, but the normal dryer setting does not fully dry my clothes. I always have to take it off of eco mode and run it for an additional 30 minutes

I absolutely LOVE this dryer! It is so sleek, quiet, efficient, and has just enough tech without being too much! Dries clothes perfectly, it can handle larger loads, and the end signal is a little mystical chime instead of that annoying sound that permeates your brain and scares you to death!

In general, has dried clothes. Had to dry some items multiple times and even after using the quick dry, I still needed to dry further.

Absolutely love it! I bought this when I bought my washer so I have a matching set. I love the washer and dryer combo and I love the brand. I love that it’s a steam washer and dryer makes it easier on having to iron. I would recommend this product to anyone

I have this unit "stacked" with the matching washer. The only negative is that they are very tall when stacked. The units have a larger capacity - and seem to be slightly larger than the size I'm used to - which leads to the driers control unit being pretty high and hard to see when stacked on the drier.

I bought these when my previous Samsung W/D "bit the dust" after 12 years of faithful service. Overall, I am very happy with these units. They have a few quirks (basically minor differences from my previous machines) to which I am still learning to adapt. I like the steam feature in the dryer a lot. It seems to do exactly what it claims. I have not tried it with the washer yet. The only thing that I find really curious about the Washer is that I am not able to utilize the "Prewash" feature in some of the wash cycles. (On my previous unit, it was only unavailable on the "Quick Wash" cycle.) The "add-a-garment" feature is ok. I never really had a problem with opening the door to add items. As one has to pause the cycle in order to add items, I don't really see the advantage. The only thing that I can truly say that I am dissatisfied with is that the "windows" on the doors are dark/obscure. As the washer is so quiet, it is impossible to tell what is happening on the inside. I far prefer being able to see inside.

Love the anti static option as well as the timed dry in as little as 20 min! Best dryer upgrade ever!

If you are in the market to get a new dryer this is a must have, I do laundry for a family of three plus two roommates and we have four dogs and four cats in the house, this dryer if great with all the animal hair and can hold my kind size blanket and drys it great.
